This paper attempts to develop a machining error diagnosis method for classifying the sources on external/internal contour surfaces which are fabricated using two-axis cylindrical grinding machine. A derivation of profile wheel motion trajectory and also equations has been performed. Due contours having sinusoidal polynomial polar curve instead rose curve, equation is then used generate NC code machining. The needed synthesis caused by as well variation diameter. obtained transforming non-circular through coordinates workpiece. influence different parameters such outer diameter error, feed rate, workpiece rotation speed being studied analyzed. based least square assemble components due each individual sources. actual with probe system verify result.
